SermonWell transcribes sermon recordings and turns them into ready-to-use material for church teams. This page explains exactly what we collect, who else touches your recording, and how to get it all deleted.

What we collect

Who else processes your recording

Transcription and content generation are not done entirely on our own servers. Being specific about this matters when the recording is a sermon:

ProcessorWhat it receivesWhy
Volcengine (ByteDance)The audio track of your uploadSpeech recognition
DeepSeekThe finished transcript textGenerating the content pack — only when you press the button
PaddleYour payment detailsMerchant of record; we never see or store card numbers
GoogleYour email addressOnly if you choose Google sign-in

If you would rather no third party ever received the audio, do not upload it. There is no version of this service that transcribes without sending the audio to a speech-recognition provider.
